This notice describes this version of the HarborBridge website, which supports quote and client-service requests and, when enabled, private document uploads. It does not provide client accounts.
Inquiry drafts
When online submission is unavailable, the form prepares an email on your device. You decide whether to send it. If you send it, your information is shared through your email provider and received by the agency’s email provider. When online submission is enabled, your contact details, answers, and any uploaded documents are stored in HarborBridge’s private Cloudflare storage for reviewing and responding to your request. The form indicates which method is in use.
Information to leave out
Leave out Social Security numbers, payment details, and health or medical information. Upload only declaration sheets you are authorized to share. Ask us how to provide other sensitive documents needed for your request.
Document access
Uploads are intended for authorized agency review, and this website provides no public download or listing of client files. Contact Casey with questions about a submission or to request review of information you provided. When configured, an agency notification service may receive your request reference, coverage or service category, submission time, and document count; it does not receive document contents through that notification.
Website hosting
The site is designed to be hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Cookies and analytics
This site’s own code does not set tracking cookies, run advertising analytics, or save your form entries in local storage. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to verify quote and service submissions and prevent automated abuse. Hosting or security services may use their own technical mechanisms.
